GetSavi grew out of long experience and a shared frustration. Founders Glenda Parker and Allen Reid have worked together for more than twenty years, delivering complex business change and technology projects for associations and membership organisations.
Across more than 500 projects, one thing became increasingly clear. The learning platforms available rarely offered the flexibility, scalability or quality of experience they believed organisations and learners really needed. Too often, the technology asked people to compromise on the learning.
Rather than accept that, they decided to build something better. GetSavi was created to bring together deep sector expertise, a passion for education and a clearer vision of what a stronger learning platform could be.

Glenda has spent years helping organisations think more clearly about learning, digital transformation and how the two come together. Her experience working with membership bodies has shaped much of the thinking behind GetSavi, especially the focus on creating learning that feels useful, engaging and built around real needs.

Too often, learning is treated as something to get through rather than something that helps people build confidence, capability and momentum. We want to change that by helping organisations create learning that feels clearer, more relevant and easier to carry into real situations.

GetSavi is named after Savitribai Phule, one of India’s pioneering educators and social reformers.
As the first female teacher in India, Savitribai played a transformative role in improving women’s rights and access to education. Her legacy as an educator, and her belief in the power of learning to drive change, remain a strong source of inspiration for us.
That influence runs through the way we think about GetSavi today. We believe in learning that creates real opportunity, supports development and helps people move forward with confidence.
It also shaped our decision to bring India-based technical expertise into the business, strengthening our LMS capability while staying connected to a wider legacy of educational innovation and impact.
